One third of ChemCon’s employees have an academic degree (mostly in chemistry). Besides that ChemCon only employs certified laboratory assistants. A small administrative department guarantees a fast and easy-to-do-business with handling of all customer needs.

We are especially proud to announce that in 2003 ChemCon has started an apprenticeship program that gives young people the opportunity to become certified laboratory assistants.
